The "Eat the Rich" mentality

  • Possible bugs:
    • Axiomatically, they are rich because they find ways to not be eaten
    • Most policies disproportionately hurt the poor
    • Systems will always have bugs - the rich are defined by those who could take advantage of said bugs
    • Most solutions involve defining a more "rich" entity regulating them - so in a sense the problem wasn't solved anyway
  • What are the arguments for?
